My young golden bough
I'm used to free
wandering everywhere
regardless at hillside or seashore.
Neither shadow nor trace when I come and go
I am fond of playing with trees
caressing their lush green hairs.
The blonde one is more attractive to me.
No matter when morning sunshine or evening glows
it displays the legend of golden bough
and seems to make me watching
the scenery either in previous life or afterlife world.
I am not indulged in dreaming
while the golden bough under the vast sky
forms a bridge leading to another world
connecting the open space on both sides
There is no door
so that no need to knock it
when I walked forward from this bank
you accept me on the opposite side.
